Parenthood

A tight, intimate relationship with Jesus is the most important commitment we have as parents–this at least means

• spending overtime at work in order to put food on the table.

• spending time to look for good investments to secure a good financial future for the kids.

• spending daily time with Jesus, worshiping him, praying, and reading God’s word.

• spending daily time with yourself to assess how the day went and to plan for the next day.

Train up a child in the way he should go,

And when he is old he __________ from it.

As parents we need to train them to love what is right and good,

and do what is right and good,

and nothing is more right and good than ______________.

• loving your neighbour as yourself

• loving to be successful in your life

• loving and worshiping the Lord.
