My First Experience at Puskesmas

            Today, I and my mother plan to check my teeth to at Puskesmas. I will also get my first experience in checking the teeth. I and my mother go there by using motorcycle. After arriving there, my mother registers me to receptionist, and she gets the number 2 of waiting list. I and my mother wait in fifteen minutes until the nurse calls my name.

I enter the room, and Mr. Rahman starts to check and clean my teeth. He makes sure that my teeth and gums are clean and free of germs. He asks for me to open the mouth, and he starts to clean and remove the plaque from my teeth. After he cleans my teeth, I take the cup of water and rinse. He also gives me a final flossing. He says to me to check my teeth twice a year.
