Training, as a fundamental right, is regulated in:

Continuous training has as a main objective:

• To update the competencies of the HR

• To avoid absenteeism

• To motivate the personnel

• Team-building

The promotion training consists on:

• To promote an employee

• The employee acquiring new competencies

• The employee learning how to use the new competencies acquired

• The employee updating the competencies it already has.

The technical abilities training is related to

• Developping the emotional intelligence

• The way people face their problems

• The learning of new work-processes ir the use of new equipment

• Perfectioning the interpersonal skills

Corporate training:

• Consists on training activities carried out by the company

• Is totally or partially funded by public funds

• focuses on the training needs of the personnel of the company

• all answers are correct

Companies have to train their employees at least:

• 10 hours per year

• 20 hours every 6 months

• 20 hours per year

• 25 hours per year

Personnel has the right to have:

• The enough time to make exams

• 2 days to make exams

• 3 days to make exams

• 2 hours to make an exam

Coaching is a training method:

• where a coach conducts the training process of an employee in some specific topics
