Conoce tus Derechos CWS asiste a los Menores no Acompanados con las siguientes categorias de Sponsor:

(Know Your Rights CWS assists Unaccompanied Minors with the following categories of Sponsor)

• Categoría 1: Padre o tutor legal. Esto incluye a los padrastros calificados que tienen la custodia legal o conjunta del niño o adolescente.

  Categoría 2A: Un hermano; hermana; abuelo u otros parientes inmediatos (p. ej., tía, tío, primo hermano) que anteriormente se desempeñó como cuidador principal de la UC. Esto incluye parientes biológicos, parientes por matrimonio legal y medios hermanos.

  (Category 1: Parent or legal guardian. This includes qualifying stepparents who have legal or joint custody of the child or adolescent.

  Category 2A: A brother; sister; grandparent or other immediate relatives (eg, aunt, uncle, first cousin) who previously served as UC's primary caregiver. This includes biological relatives, relatives by legal marriage, and half-siblings.

• Categoría 2B: un pariente inmediato (p. ej., tía, tío, primo hermano que anteriormente no era el cuidador principal de la UC. Esto incluye parientes biológicos, parientes por matrimonio legal.

  (Category 2B: An immediate relative (eg, aunt, uncle, first cousin who was not previously the primary UC caregiver. This includes biological relatives, relatives by legal marriage.)

Un Menor no Acompanado solo podra aplicar para una Visa Juvenil si:
