Tobit 3-4

In Chapter 3, we learn about 2 people turning their face to God when they are in tribulation. Tobit & Sarah prayed and turned their faces to God when they were troubled, knowing and trusting that he will take care of them and they were never upset from God. They both asked for God’s will and not their will. God took care of both of them and he listened to their prayers.

In Chapter 4, we learn about Tobit when he knew that God listened to his prayer and thought it’s time for him to depart from earth. And how Tobit the faithful father gave his son the advice to stay faithful to God in all his work, fear God in everything he does, give to the poor, give love to everyone, take care of his family and be faithful to his wife, bury the dead, and to bless God all the time.
