When is the best time to arrive to your TMT class?

• When you are finished talking with your friends

• After you have gotten a drink but before you need to go to the toilet

• As the last bell ring fades to eerie silence...

• Before the second bell begins to ring

What should you bring into the class room/workshop?

• Your pencil

• Your headphones

• Your bag

• Your grape flavoured ...

What does this sign mean?

• Warning Storms Ahead

• Very sharp winding downhill road

• Must have power connected

• Warning Risk of Electrocution

What should you make sure you leave OUTSIDE of the workshop?

• Your brains

• Your pencil

• Your bag

• Your ears

What sort of shoes are required for you to be able to enter the workshop?

•

What MUST you wear at all times in the workshop?

• ear buds

• baggy loose clothing

• safety glasses

• a hat to protect from the sun

What does this sign mean?

• only faceless smurfs allowed

• eye protection must be worn in this area

• must wear sunglasses to be cool

• glasses are optional and totally up to you

If you have to move around the workshop what is the best way to do this?

There are four (4) bench vices on each bench, that means that only (a)   students are to work on each bench.

Many of the tools in the workshop are sharp and/or can cause injury easily.

Where should they be at all times?

• Stored neatly in their correct place on the tool wall

• Being safely carried to your work bench to avoid injury to others

• Held safely while being used correctly and placed securely on the bench when not in use

• Anywhere else
