Tobit 9&10

Meditation verse for the book of Tobit Chapter 9 & 10:

In Chapter 9: We see how Tobias dealt with Azariah. We should learn from the way that Tobias spoke with Azariah even though He still didn’t know that Azariah was Archangel Raphael. Tobias called him Brother Azariah, plus was polite and respectful in his request. Also, we learn how the wedding ceremony was pleasing with the Lord, how the celebration of the marriage feast, these joyful moments, was in the fear of the lord.  

In Chapter 10: We see, when Tobias was delayed because of his marriage, how his parents were worried about him. We learn how Tobias was thinking about his parents and how he was sensitive to his parents' feelings, even though he was busy with his marriage and his wife, but he didn’t forget his parents and his responsibility toward his parents.

“And when all had said,....... they approached the feast. But they also celebrated the ……. Feast with the fear of the Lord” Tobit 9:12
