The future tense tells us...

• what has happened.

• what is happening.

• what will/shall happen.

• what could happen.

To form the future tense you...

• change the verb to the yo form, then add the new endings.

• remove the -ar / -er / -ir then add the new endings.

• use tener + que

• add the new endings to the infinitive (ar, er, ir)
