In chapter 3 VERSE 2. “Behold, we the servants of Nebuchadnezzar the great king lies before you.” He cast down all their limits and cut down their sacred groves. It had been given to him to destroy all the gods of the land, that all the nations would worship Nebuchadnezzar only. Not only did Nebuchadnezzar wanted everyone to worship him, but they must worship him ONLY.

In chapter 4: -every man, and the women and little children, fell before the temple and cast ashes upon their heads and spread out their sackcloth before the face of the Lord; they put sackcloth around the altar. they cried to the God of Israel, that he would not give over their children as prey and their wives for a spoil and the cities of their inheritance to destruction and the sanctuary to profanation and reproach, for the nations to rejoice over them. God heard their prayers and looked upon their afflictions; for the people fasted many days in all Judea and Jerusalem before the sanctuary of the Lord Almighty. “Know that the Lord will ______your prayers if you continue to preserver in______ and ______in the sight of the Lord.
