عند وجود fault Unbalanced Wiring فننصح العميل ب.. 

• Ask the customer if the telephone line main wire passes beside "fridge, microwave, etc." or any electric equipment
  نخبر العميل ان لو السلك الرئيسى للتلفون بيمر جانب تلاجة او ميكرويف او اى جهاز كهربائى تانى

• Ask the customer if there is any welding or shorts on his main wire
  نسأل العميل هل في اى لحامات في السلك الرئيسى
