“We are interviewing for the position of a restaurant host/hostess. We are looking for someone with good customer service and communication skills, someone who is dependable and gets along with others. This person will be the first person to greet guests when they come into our restaurant, so it is very important to us that the host displays a positive and welcoming attitude.”

• Shows up with gym shorts and t-shirt

• Hey Was up!

• Good Morning, Nice to meet you.

• Looking at phone, places it on lap.

"I have some questions to ask you.”

“Did you bring a copy of your resume?”

• Oh, I left it in my car, do you want me to get it.

• I have it on my phone, do you want to see?

• Yes, I have it in my folder and hands it to the interviewer

• I'll bring it in tomorrow

“Tell me a little bit about yourself.”?

• Oh, I'm 17 and this is my first job.

• Well, I am a student at LMACS

• Oh, I have worked at McDonalds before and am aware how important customer servide is.

“What are your strengths?”

• I can lift 150lbs. easy

• I don't know what you mean.

• I have a positive attitude and I arrive on time for work.

• I like to work by myself.

“What are your weaknesses?”

• I don't like working with other people I don't know.

• I don't like the drama people bring to school and work.

• I am shy and I am I'm working on developing more confidence in myself.

• I am tired in the mornings, so I need to work in the evenings.

“Why do you want to work here?”

• I need the money.

• I enjoy working with people and have heard good things about this restaurant.

• I am not sure why, I just saw an opening on the Internet

What would you do if a customer yelled at you.

• I would yell back.

• I would say I am very sorry, and then I would get the manager.
