How do you make sure your annoucments are read IN THE MORNING?

• Text them to Ms. Tate and/or call the front office morning of

• Email them to Dr. Moore and cc the Academic Deans

• Complete & submit the morning announcement form 1 day before the due date

• Write it on a sticky note and send it to the front office before 7:30

If something in your room does not work, needs repair, or is unsafe, who do you contact first?

When are detentions held by the culture team?

• Monday & Wednesdays

• Depends on Mr. Givens' schedule

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays

• The culture team will not hold detentions this year.

When can faculty & staff hold their own detentions?

• After approval from Mr. Givens

• It's up to them after there has been timely & appropriate communication with the parent.

• Whenever they feel like it...they can call the parent during the detention.

• Faculty and staff may not hold their own detentions.

What can happen when an employee is out of dress code?

• Be sent home and asked to change and return.

• PTO deducted for having to change.

• A conversation with administration.

• All of the above.

If a student is out of dress code...

• They must be sent to the social worker.

• They will be sent to call home for a change of clothes.

• If they do not receive clothes promptly, they will receive an after school detention.

• They will get a pass for the day that allows them to be out of dress code.
