Gemara: When the mishna says that a Lulav that is stolen לולב הגזול is invalid - פסול - does it seem that the mishna is referring to the

The Gemara says that it understands why a לולב הגזול would be invalid on the first day. Why is this understandable? Answer this

On the first day you shall take the product of hadar trees, branches of palm trees, boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook, and you shall rejoice before your God יהוה seven days.
