Which of the following is not one of the main uses for OneFile during your DTS apprenticeship?

OneFile also provides a number of features which are not relevant to DTS, so these can be ignored. One example is

To log your OTJ hours Select a Category e.g. Online Learning and ensure the “Off-the-Job” checkbox is ticked (pictured). Add a suitable description (this can be brief). Don’t forget to add a start time and duration (both hours & minutes) for the entry. Note that it is not necessary to breakdown OTJ time into specific granular items, so you can add a single timesheet entry of the hours for your assigned study day. What is the minimum amount of hours for your assigned study day that you can log as OTJ?

The DTS programme requires that Apprentices provide evidence against the KSBs, which helps demonstrate that they have gained the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours throughout the programme.

THIS IS IMPORTANT. OneFile provides a mechanism to submit & approve evidence via the Declaration & Signatures section of an evidence entry. WHAT MUST YOU NOT DO?

As an alternative to starting from the Portfolio panel, both Timesheets and Evidence (Upload against Criteria) options can be accessed from the left-side menu
