Organization need to determine it's internal and external issues relevant to its goals and strategic plan which could affect the organization Quality Management system and its operation

Organization need to monitor and review the information relevant to the needs and expectation of it's stakeholders within the Quality Management System.

Top management is responsible to ensure the effectiveness of it's Quality Management System in achieving the the intended result

Quality policy need to be disseminated as a documented infomation, communicated and understood by all staff and the stakeholders

The determination of risks and opportunities need to take into consideration factors related to internal and external issues relevant to the organization

Planning in achieving the quality objectives must take into consideration of what need to be done, resources needed, responsibility, duration and the evaluation for its effectiveness

Changes to the Quality Management System must be control, and all changes must be planned.

Inadequate human resources within the Quality Management System is big obstacle for the organization's operations

Equipment involving computers, machines, and vehicles are vital for the organization operation, therefore, it need to be effectively serviced and maintained

Employee who work under a stressful condition due to clear discrimination practices in the organization must be prohibited
