Documented process can be define as a procedure, instruction method, flowchart or workflow

The organization needs to document its hierarchal structure of its processes

The organization quality policy needs to address failure prevention and customer expectation

The organization shall establish, implement, maintain and communicate safety policy

The highest management of the organization need to appoint a process owner for managing each process under RQMS

The appointed process owner within the RQMS is responsible for the process compliance and requirements

Under the RQMS the organization need establish a documented risk management process

The organization need to develop a contingency plan when dealing with business risks

It is a compulsory requirement under RQMS that safety objectives is to be developed and maintained

The organization is required to have documented business planning (BP) process detailing all the requirement in the development of the business plan and the document need to be reviewed yearly for its relevancy.
