When I enter the classroom what should I do first?

• Sit and takeout my Chromebook

• Walk around and talk to all my friends

• Grab my folder

• Quack like a duck

During a fire drill what is the correct procedure?

• Line up quietly and exit to the right through the hallway without talking

• Shout there is a fire and run into the hallway

• Find your friends in the hallway and exit with whichever teacher you like best

• Grab all your belongings and line up quietly

During a shelter in place what should you do?

• Get up from my desk and be behind the green line

• Sit quietly at my desk and continue working independently

• Ask to go the bathroom

• Get up and look in the hallway to see what is happening

What should I do if I have a question?

• Raise my hand and wait patiently for the teacher to call on me/come over to help

• Shout out I have a question

• Get up from my desk and walk over to the teacher

• Sit and do nothing

What is support?

• A time to do all my homework from the night before

• A time I can eat breakfast and take a nap

• A free period where I do what I like

• A period where I can study, ask questions, work on any subject area

When can I work with a friend?

• If I am making up a quiz

• When my friend is focused on their own independent work

• Reviewing classwork or homework that my friend and I are BOTH working on

• Every assignment

When I leave the classroom I should...

• Stop by all my favorite teachers classrooms

• Take the pass without filling it out

• Just get up and leave

• Ask first then fill out the pass and take it with me

Before coming to class I should...

• Roam the halls and talk to friends

• Go to my locker and grab any materials I need

What is a growth mindset?

• Working through problems to get better

• Giving up because it is to hard

• Saying "I can't" or "I'm not a math person"

• When your brain grows because you eat lots of fish
