• Create ticket to Application Support Team with 48 Hours

• Create ticket to Application Support Team with 24 Hours
  

For FTTH line: Follow up on his subscription and there is no data on system, CST subscribed through branch, But did not pay for ONT, CCA action

• Ask CST to pay ONT fees through WE App
