What is an oral event?

• A case study and role-play/interview in front of a judge.

• A report and prepared presentation infront of a judge.

What do written events require to be done?

• An essay

• A role-play

• A written report & presentation

• Only an exam

Who can compete in the principles events?

• Anyone

• Grade 9's ONLY

When will training sessions be held?

• Every Tuesday

• Every Wednesday

• Every Thursday

On what day is regionals taking place?

• November 22

• November 23

What are the steps to registration?

• Register on Ontario DECA

• Fill out the Google Form

• Pay the DECA fee on School Cash Online

• Attend the Event Selection date

Who qualifies to ICDC?

• Top 5 from each event at Provincials.

• Top 10 from each oral event and top 5 from each written event at Provincials.

• Top 7 from each oral event and top 6 from each written event at Provincials.
