Luke: Oh! Good morning!
Mila: Good morning. How was your vacation?
Luke: It was the worst vacation of my life. You’ll never believe what happened.
Mila: What happened?
Luke: It all started at the airport after we arrived. I was walking with my suitcase when someone bumped into me and said “excuse me” and walked away. Later, I realized that my wallet was gone. All my money and my credit cards were in it.
Mila: That’s terrible!
Luke: I know! I lost five hundred dollars. In cash. And then, there was the hotel…
Mila: What was wrong with the hotel?
Luke: Well, the hotel was very nice. On the first day. On the second day, there was a big storm with strong winds. The electricity went out and didn’t come back on for two days.
Mila: The electricity went out while you were there? Oh, no!
Luke: There’s more! My wife and I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and we both got sick! You see, there was no electricity and that meant no refrigerators. We spent the rest of vacation in bed!
Mila: What bad luck! Are you happy to be home?
Luke: Yes, I am! But I think I need a vacation!
