• The vote goes to the republican Tildon and he wins the Election of 1876. Tildon ends Reconstruction by helping black southerners in the south find an escape to civil rights and freedom.
• Election of 1876 end reconstruction to stop southerners from proceeding with the filibuster. Tildon looses the vote to Hayes. This happens because the electoral vote is rigged towards the Democratic president Hayes. Racily Hayes removes troops out of the south and lets white people have their land back and tries to change the south back to "normal". Potentially ending Reconstruction.
