Conditonals 0-1-2-3

We use conditional sentences to explain:

• what actually happens

• what might have happened

• what could happen

• all of them

Zero conditional is:

• An imaginary situation

• A factual conditional

• A past unreal conditional

• A present activity with a hypothetical result

First Conditional is:

• We can imagine a different past

• The result in the past is different

• What actually happens

• A possible and unlikely outcome

Third conditional is:

• what actually happens

• what could happen

• what we wish would happen

• what might have happened

Second condiitonal is:

• a fact and thing generally true

• an unlikely present situation

• a hypothetical situation which is not real

• a past situation which didn't happen

If you don't brush your teeth,

• you get cavities.

• you can to get sick.

• you will can get cavities.

If you set your mind,

• your can get it.

• your will be able to achieve it.

• you'll eventually achieve it.

If I inherited a billion dollars,
