• It acts as a mirror to reveal our condition before God.

• It can bring about a desired change in our lives.

• It improves our bible knowledge and hence we can debate with others.

• The Holy spirit talks to me as I read God's word and helps me to practice and follow his commandments.

According to James 1:25 - Who will be blessed in all that they do?

• The person who prays and reads the bible.

• The ones who choose good company of friends.

• The person who looks into the perfect law and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard but doing it.

• The person who accepts Jesus as their Saviour and Lord.

If you make an effort to put the word of God into practice what will be produced in your life according to Psalm 1 and James 1:25?

• A better personality able to impress others.

• A life free from all troubles and pains.

• Prosperity and fame while we live in this world.

• Prosperity (spiritual sense), fruit, blessings and Joy - a strong inner man

What is it in us that causes temptation?

• The pocket money we have

• The evil desires in us

• The friends that pulls us to temptation.

• Our eyes

Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by ______.

If anyone allows sin to run its course in their lives, what will be the result according to James 1:5?

• Prayers not being answered

• Curse on life

• God's wrath

• Death which means eternal separation from God.

If you have given in to temptation, How can our relationship with God be restored as per 1 John 1 :9?

• Pray and read the bible again and again.

• Make sure you don't repeat them so God will be pleased.

• Be honest and agree with God of it and confess your sin with God.

• Be part of a church activity and give your service to God.

In 1 Corinthians 10:13, you will find 2 statements about God which is a great encouragement to you when you face temptation? What are they ?
