What does “ٱلنَّبَإِ” mean?

" وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمُعْصِرَٰتِ مَآءً ثَجَّاجًا " means

• 1. and sent down from rain clouds pouring water,

• 1. and built above you seven mighty ˹heavens˺,

• 1. and placed ˹in them˺ a shining lamp,

"إِنَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْفَصْلِ كَانَ مِيقَـٰتًۭا”
يَوْمَ ٱلْفَصْلِ refers to

• 1. Begining of creation

• 1. Day of judgement

• 1. Day the Quran was revealed

In surat An-naba, who are the people arguing? What are they arguing about?
