What is having a good work ethic look like?

• I talk very loudly in a quiet office. It will make me look confident to be the loudest one here.

• I mumble. I'm not sure what I'm doing here, so why be loud about it.

• I talk just as loud as everyone else. It is a good idea to match the volume of the people I work with.

• I talk at a normal tone for me. I try to be myself as much as possible.
