When preparing tests to return to the Testing Room I should

• Make sure that all stickers have been placed test and booklets (used and unused)

• Put answer sheets test booklets and essays for each student are put together

• Put the tests in alphabetical order

• Make sure that I have checked off and signed the proctor instruction sheet.

• Ensure that tests taken match to attendance sheet.

I am designated as a reserve on my schedule during that time I should

• Leave the school to get something to eat

• Be ready and willing to step in if I am needed

• Find somewhere in the building to hide

What happens if a student does not sign his/her declaration prior to leaving the exam

• The students test may be invalidated

• School staff must contact the student and attempt to get the student to return to sign

• The students test will receive credit for the exam signing is only a formality

• The test will only be valid if the student fails the exam

The Uniform Admission Deadline is

• at 2 pm for the afternoon exams

• Is the time when students can no longer enter to start the exam

• at 10 AM for the morning Exam

• is the time that I can release students that have finished the exam

• is the time that I can allow students go to the restroom

When I notice a student struggling with the material, I should

• Wait for them to figure it out on their own

• Offer additional support or resources to help them understand

• Tell them to give up as it's too difficult for them
