Listening Exercise

Once upon a time, there were two (1.______) named Tom and Jerry.

They were best friends who lived togther in the small (2._____). They always helped each other and work together. Eventhough sometimes they fight with each other, but actually they're really care for each other.

One sunny day, Tom asked Jerry to go on an (3._____) They packed their backpacks with food and water and ready to set off into the forest. The was full of tall trees, colorful flowers, and wild animals.

As they were walking through the (4._____), they came across a flowing river. They needed to cross it to continue their journey. Jerry had an idea,

he picked up a sturdy branch, tied their backpacks to it, and they used it as a makeshift (5._____). Then, they both carefully walked across the branch together and they finally reached the other side safely.

After crossing the (6._____), they saw an animal trapped in a net. The poor animal was struggling to get free. Tom and Jerry immediately came to the animal and try rescue.

Jerry used his sharp teeth to cut the (7.____) while Tom held the net firmly

while Tom held the net firmly. They set the animal free, who then thanked Tom and Jerry and gave them a packet of food as His (8._____) And then happily ran back into the forest.

Tom and Jerry continued their journey, feeling proud of (9.______) for helping others. They eventually reached a beautiful meadow and decided to rest there.

They (10.______) the mesmerizing view, they're shared their lunch and a packet of food given by the animal they helped earlier.
