• In order to hold an Ultra Spacious stateroom, full names are required for all the guests. We do not allow TBA's to hold these rooms.

• I can create the reservation with the name you have and I will add dummy names until you call back. 

• I can create the reservation with the missing names as TBA. Once you have all the names, call us back to update the booking.

• At 77 days to sailing, your clients will actually get everything, except their deposit back, as it is non-refundable.

• At 77 days to sailing, your clients would be in 25% penalty. Since we are past final payment, the greater of the deposit or the penalty amount will be held.

• On holiday sailings, at 77 days prior to sailing, your clients would be in 25% penalty. They would get back 75% of the total, in addition to their and taxes & fees.
