I agree with Washington's Farewell Address speech. The advice he gave was good and going against it has proven him true many times. People in this country are divided politically and argue over many issues forcing them to choose sides and see the other side as an enemy. Washington wanted us to stay united and as one strong country. He said we should stay out of foreign policies because when we choose one side we risk making the other mad or owing a favor and can have them turn on us or hurt us through trade.
