The purpose of this policy is to ensure the safety of all AES personnel

in a vehicle and to provide guidance on the requirements for the safe driving

of AES vehicles, or any vehicle being used for official duties, whilst

responding to emergency incidents and conducting routine duties.

• AES personnel in the course of their duty

• AES personnel, Changi airport group staff & CIOC

• Employees whose duties require their attendance at an

  emergency.

  operational outcome

• In instances where the vehicle is without an VOIC, the onus

  is on the driver to ensure effective tactical positioning
