  If your coverage expiration date is incorrect
  You will need to send the original sales receipt of your product to Apple so that we can update your purchase date

  AppleCare+ is limited to two claims for accidental damage

• iPhone includes unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to the service fees listed below, plus applicable tax.

Apple Care has different prices on iPhone models for example

• they'll replace the phone, but typically NOT with a brand new phone. They usually provide a refurbished, but like new phone of the same model, color and storage options.

• AppleCare+ can cost more than a quarter of an iPhone, iPad, or Mac's retail price.
