September 5-October 26, 1774, This was attended by representative from all the colonies except Georgia. They met in Carpenter's Hall in Philadelphia to write a letter to King George III asking him to take away all unfair laws and taxes. They decided to stop buying anything from Britain unless these changes were made. They also advised colonist to prepare for war. They agreed to meet again in 1775.
