• Praise her for successfully finishing the topic before the session concluded and engage in a conversation with the parent, concluding the session ahead of schedule.

• Take up a new topic and start teaching it.

You have a session with Jiya and you were informed she's a grade 10 CBSE student but once you start the session you get to know she's in year 10. How will you handle this situation?

• Apologize to the student and arrange have the team arrange another session with a GCSE tutor.

• Tell Jiya that you were you were not aware of her grade and hat you can't teach GCSE students.

• Engage Jiya in a conversation and ask her open ended questions about her syllabus and then start teaching accordingly.
