Part of the Constitution that Protects a person from unreasonable searches and seizures.

Probable Cause

• This occurs when there is meaningful interference with an individuals possession interests in a property

• You are Ugly and your mother dresses you funny!!1

• THIS occurs when an expectation of privacy that society is prepared to consider reasonable is infringed.

• More than a bare suspicion, but less than evidence that would justify a conviction, more then a hunch
