The question asked me about setting and it gave me a page number.  I think I know the answer from memory.....
What should the test taker do?

• go with their answer they remember becuase they studied
• go back to the text anyway to prove the answer

What are you doing if...
After reading the question, and returning to the text, I have four choices to choose from.  I go through them carefully and cross out the choices that I am not considering. 

• annotating
• process of elimination
• returning to the text
• identifying key words

I am really unsure of an answer.  I spent a good amount of time on one question and I have 10 more to go.  What should the test taker do?

• answer the question anyway
• cross out choices that you know it is not and star the question to return to later
• leave it blank and hope the teacher doesn't notice
• choose two answers

There is 10 mins left during the test!!  I just completed answering all the questions.
What should I do?

• hand in my test and be proud that I am the first one to be done
• Start to change answers because I have too many "B" choices on my scantron
  
• review the entire test and revisit the questions that were tricky
• put my head down on the desk and sleep.
