Dominica, Grenada, Antigua, Trinidad and Tobago, and St. Lucia are just a few of the island countries that make up the Lesser Antilles. Nutmeg is widely grown in Grenada and is exported to other countries for use in cooking and fragrances. Steel is another export that is produced in this region, primarily in Trinidad.
