(Mashal of the buyer asking to test the donkey before buying it and the seller was totally fine with it. The buyer was convinced to buy bc he kept being fine with everything and nothing was wrong. Moshe thought that if he said yes and showed how confident he was about the land that Bnei Yisroel wouldn't feel the need to check it out and would realize it was silly to send spies but instead they didn't see how confident Moshe was about the land and still sent spies.

Its possible that he thought that he was married to Miriam who is a righteous women and that he wouldn't follow and didn't need extra Bracha.

Yehoshua is blunt and does the first way. Danger is that he can get hurt physically. Positive is that he stands up for what he believes in.

He keeps quiet and doesn't argue and only spoke truth to Moshe. Danger is that he will be influenced. Positive is that he had strength at the end to talk and say they are making a mistake. And the Miraglim let him talk bc they thought he agreed with them.

Moshe is saying that the only thing you need to worry about is if there is a righteous person who will protect his people. (Not literally if there is a tree)

What is the purpose of saying that its spring?

That the fruits weren't completely developed yet but Moshe was sure that the size and taste of the fruit would be enough to show the goodness of the land. (Like look how good they are already, and they aren't even fully ready yet.
