1.     Meditation verse for the book of Matthew Ch. 27&28:

Chapter 27 talks about all that happened on Good Friday, the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ, and His burial. V1,2: The Sanhedrin delivers our Lord to Pilate. V3-10: the death of Judas. V11-14: Our Lord Jesus is the King of the Jews. V15-26: Pilate asks the people to choose between Barabbas and our Lord Jesus Christ   V27-31: The soldiers mock our Lord Jesus as King. V32-44: The Crucifixion  V45-61: The Death and the Burial of our Lord Jesus V62-66: The soldiers guard the tomb.

Chapter 28 tells us about Bright Saturday, the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our Lord Jesus told His disciples to go preach to all the nations.  V1-8: Chris is Risen V9-10: Our Lord appears to the women. V11-15: Jewish authorities are telling lies about the resurrection of the Lord. V16-20: Our Lord Jesus sends His disciples to preach to the whole world
