在SQA計畫中，為確保軟體符合要求(requirement)，最少會需要那一個文件

• Software Requirements description (SRD)
• Software Design Description (SDD)
• Verification and Validation Plans

Purpose section主要是列出文件中所依循的相關標準、常規、慣例與度量指標，可能包含何者

在軟體審查中，最少需要審查

• Software specifications review (SSR)
• Architecture design review (ADR)
• Detailed design review (DDR)
