• Yearly, using the newest form of the SHE scan assessment

How can you judge the maturity level of a plant?

• Days without accidents

• Interview with leadership

• Interviews with Leadership team, Shop Floor observations and reactions

How do you execute an Exit Meeting with unexpected low maturity level/result?

• Present the results as is, there is nothing to hide

• Align with the plant manager before the Exit meeting and guide him through the presentation (Behaviour and Compliance Lead)

• Align with the SHE expert on the maturity level

How many months do you have to fix all findings identified by the audit team?

• All findings need to be closed for the next planned assessment

• All findings need to be closed within 6 months (capex required actions may allow longer)

• Findings need to be closed when next SHE Assessment takes place

How would you evaluate the Safety Culture score during a SHE scan?

• The Behaviour Lead Assessor is responsible to make the judgement

• Both Compliance and Behaviour Lead and team members agree on the final maturity score

• We copy the result from the self evaluation of the plant

What are the key area you should review during the Environmental audit?

• Environmental Impact Analysis and Sustainability Roadmap

• Legal compliance on air, water, waste water, noise with proof

• No need to check legal compliance if the Letter of Assurance only shows green spots

• Review with M&E Pillar the Energy and water roadmap/water stress
