1.According to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, commitment of the laboratory to its impartiality can be seen through the signature in Non-disclosure agreement.

2.(ISO/IEC17025) The laboratory is not required to notify the customer prior to release confidential information unless required by law.

3.Laboratory shall ensure that the requirements related to facilities and environmental conditions of ISO/IEC 17025 are met for laboratory activities perform at sites or facilities outside its permanent control.
