8 ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ لَهُ ٱلْأَسْمَآءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ٨

Answer explanation

Allah—there is no god except Him. He has the Most Beautiful Names.

25 قَالَ رَبِّ ٱشْرَحْ لِى صَدْرِى ٢٥

Answer explanation

Moses prayed, “My Lord! Uplift my heart for me,

26 وَيَسِّرْ لِىٓ أَمْرِى ٢٦

Answer explanation

and make my task easy

27 وَٱحْلُلْ عُقْدَةًۭ مِّن لِّسَانِى ٢٧

Answer explanation

and remove the knot from my tongue

28 يَفْقَهُوا۟ قَوْلِى ٢٨

Answer explanation

so people may understand my speech,

47 فَأْتِيَاهُ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولَا رَبِّكَ فَأَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَلَا تُعَذِّبْهُمْ ۖ قَدْ جِئْنَـٰكَ بِـَٔايَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۖ وَٱلسَّلَـٰمُ عَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ ٤٧

Answer explanation

So go to him and say, ‘Indeed we are both messengers from your Lord, so let the Children of Israel go with us, and do not oppress them. We have come to you with a sign from your Lord. and peace will be for whoever follows the ˹right˺ guidance.

100 مَّنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ يَحْمِلُ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ وِزْرًا ١٠٠

Answer explanation

Whoever turns away from it will surely bear the burden ˹of sin˺ on the Day of Judgment,

113 وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ قُرْءَانًا عَرَبِيًّۭا وَصَرَّفْنَا فِيهِ مِنَ ٱلْوَعِيدِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ أَوْ يُحْدِثُ لَهُمْ ذِكْرًۭا

Answer explanation

And so We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran and varied the warnings in it, in order that they may fear Allah or that it may cause them their remembrance. 

114 فَتَعَـٰلَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْحَقُّ ۗ وَلَا تَعْجَلْ بِٱلْقُرْءَانِ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُقْضَىٰٓ إِلَيْكَ وَحْيُهُۥ ۖ وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِى عِلْمًۭا ١١٤

Answer explanation

Exalted is Allah, the True King! Do not rush to recite ˹a revelation of˺ the Quran ˹O Prophet˺ before it is ˹properly˺ conveyed to you,1 and pray, “My Lord! Increase me in knowledge.”

120 فَوَسْوَسَ إِلَيْهِ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ قَالَ يَـٰٓـَٔادَمُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ ٱلْخُلْدِ وَمُلْكٍۢ لَّا يَبْلَىٰ ١٢٠

Answer explanation

But Satan whispered to him, saying, “O Adam! Shall I show you the Tree of Immortality and a kingdom that does not fade away?”
