Class Expectations Review

Remind text messages will be used for all of the following EXCEPT:

• What's being served in the cafeteria at lunch

• Communicating daily work

• Teacher - Student direct messaging over grades, etc.

• Notifications for tutoring cancellation

Tutoring Hours are:

• Monday - Thurs from 4:15 - 5:00 pm

  & Wed mornings

• Friday from 4:15 - 5 pm

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday mornings

  & Mon - Fri afternoons

• By appointment only

You will need a laptop for this course because:

• it's school policy

• You will print your work for grading

• All assignments will be uploaded in Schoology

• All assignments will be on handouts

Select all of the mandatory school supplies:

• laptop

• pens/ pencils

• colored pencils

• printer paper ream

All assignments will be locked/ closed after:

• the end of the 9 weeks

• one day

• Never; they're available permanently

• 3 weeks

All late work will:

• Lose 10 points per class day it is late (-10 day 1, -20 day 2, etc.)

• Have a -30 point deduction regardless of how late it is

• Have a -50 point deduction regardless of when it is turned in

• Not be accepted.

If you are absent, you need to:

• skip the assignments

• Turn in your work within 3 weeks

• make up your missed work within 3 days upon return

• Do the work from home, the hospital, hotel room, etc. same deadline as if you were present.
