What is the first thing I need to do when I walk into class?

• I walk in talking/laughing loudly with friends.

• I put my backpack in the cabinets and find my seat.

• I walk in and go to my seat.

What should you do if you arrive late to class?

• Sneak in quietly and hope the teacher doesn't notice

• Wait outside until class is over

• Enter quietly and look on the whiteboard or TV to see what the classwork is for the period.

What happens if I am tardy 10 or more minutes to class?

• I will be marked tardy

• I will be marked as cutting class

If I am absent for a full day or during my science period on the day of a lab activity, what can I do?

• I can make it up

• I cannot make it up - it will be excused and will not affect my grade (ditching or being late to class without a pass doesn't count and I will get a 0)

How do you complete online Google Classroom assignments (i.e Google Docs, Kami files, Google Slides, etc.)

• I don't do them and just click the "turn in" button to get credit

• I need to complete it with the proper application, and then go back to the assignment and click the "turn in" button.

What happens when I don't do an online Google Classroom assignment, but click the "turn in" button

• I will get a 0 and cannot make it up after that.

• I will get full points on the assignment

Can I turn in late work?

• YES

• NO

• YES - but only for the topic currently being worked on.

What happens when I turn in late work?

• The teacher grades it right away.

• The teacher will grade it at the end of the week over the weekend.
