Classroom Procedures & Expectations Quiz

When entering the classroom at the beginning of the period, the proper procedure is to

• wait for permission to enter silently, pick up or turn in any work, go directly to your seat and begin working on the Do Now.

• talk to your friends until the bell rings.

• check the assignment on the board and text your friend about it.

Food in class is

• okay if I bring enough for everybody.

• okay if I'm really, really hungry.

• Food is not allowed in class.

Completing my assignments falls under which of the 3 R's?

• Ready!

• Responsible!

• Respectful!

It's okay to leave class and go to the bathroom

• when I’m bored.

• the last 10 minutes of class.

• when I have the teacher’s permission.

At the end of period, the proper procedure is to

• leave as soon as the bell rings.

• make sure my area is clean and wait to be dismissed.

• pack up and stand by the door.

If I am unsatisfied with a test grade I should

• complain to my friends.

• throw it away.

• make sure all my work is complete and see Mrs. Sharp for additional help before requesting to retest.

Missing work will be accepted until

• the end of the week.

• the end of the month.

• the end of the unit.

My grade is divided into three categories:

• Summative, Formative and Daily Work.

• Classwork, Homework and Tests.

• Tests, Quizzes and Projects.

If you miss class, how do you find out what you missed.

• I should ask Mrs. Sharp.

• I should ask my neighbor.

• I should check Canvas.

I should have the following materials everyday:

• my cell phone, snacks and ear buds.

• a writing utensil and my hoodie.

• my charged Chromebook, writing utensil and spiral notebook.
