The most dangerous outfit

High heels are overrated. To be precise, the use of high heels overrated and more importanly is dangerous. Based on studies, high heels are dangerous for person, especially women to be more confident and healthier without wearing it.

The extensive use of high heels, as stated by researchers at Stanford University, increases joint problems and the riks of osteoarthritis. They noticed that when the participants walked in high heels, their knees bent in an awkward way. Another study by Dr. Murtaugh states that it, at least, puts more stress stress to the knee.

based on the findings presented, it is better for women to stop wearing high heels. after all, high heels hurt, and women should be confident for what they are.
