If I have to be absent from a Niner Guide commitment, what is my first step in communicating that?

• A one on one meeting with Heather

• Filling out the absence form

• Telling Lily or my trainer

What is a shadow tour?

• Act as a guest in order to observe an effective tour

• Stay quiet but answer questions if asked

• Creepily watch tour from the bushes and make ghost sounds

When am I going to learn my tour information?

• I'm just going to wing it, I know a lot about UNC Charlotte and it's worked for me in the past

• I will make one on one appointments with a trainer every week

• I will have enough time to practice during weekly study halls

• I will need to make time to practice outside of Study Hall and my Weekly Tour Time

What steps are included in becoming an official Niner Guide?

• Three shadow tours and I'll be official
