SIZING EXERCISE- FOOTWEAR

Scotty used our Find My Sizing guide and initially ordered the size 12.5 Amber Wheat Casa Moto boots, but found them too long. He exchanged them for a size 12, but they are still too loose, with enough room for a finger to slide in. Should we recommend he try a size 11 instead?

Keep in mind they should be snug, but not uncomfortable. Durable leathers can occasionally take more than a few wears to break in. Recommend to do more indoor wearing first then send the exchange policy and process for their future references. A half-size up is highly likely the best next recommendation if it doesn’t work out.
