Parents of all Schools in SA receive discount via the Partner School - Parent discount initiative?

• Yes, any parent from any school can receive discount

• Parents are eligible for the partner school discount if their school signed up

How do you check if a school has signed up?

• You ask the parent to confirm

• You send a email to the Edu team

• You check on Syspro Comments - drop down menu

What is the max number of devices that can be purchased via the Partner School discount programme per year

• 1 per family

• 1 per child

• 4

• Unlimited

What do you do if the parent does not have the iStore Newsletter on hand?

• You ask them if they have any other proof on hand that the child attends the school. This could be a school email / report / D6 communicator

• Ask them to return once they can show the newsletter

Will the Parent discount still apply even if the iPad/Mac/Accessories are already on promotion?

• Yes

• No

When processing the sale the following steps must be followed, select all relevant steps

• Customer Class

• Syspro comment - School Name

• Relevant Discount codes

• Upload the Parent's ID

What do I do if the school is not signed up?

• Inform them that they can't be assisted.

• Give them a Partner School Brochure - they can click on the link and request for their school to be signed up
