The Congressional representation is larger in States with

Medium population

The same population as others

Large population

Answer explanation

States with larger populations have more representatives in the U.S. House of Representatives because the number of seats each state gets is based on how many people live there. Every 10 years, after the census, seats are redistributed among the states to reflect population changes. Larger states get more representatives to make sure their people are fairly represented. In contrast, each state has two senators in the Senate, no matter its size, which gives smaller states more equal power there.
